Ragnarok Ares のアカウント全体と関連データの削除は、アプリをアンインストールした後でもメールで申請できます。

サポートへアカウント削除メールを作成

メールアプリが開かない場合は、件名を「Ragnarok Ares アカウント削除申請」として support@ragnarok-games.com へ送信してください。

メールに記載する情報

返信を受け取れるメールアドレスから、次の情報を送ってください。プレイヤーIDは必須です。

アカウント作成時期のおおよその日付
利用していた端末の種類（iOS / Android）
希望言語
アカウントと関連データの完全削除を希望する旨

パスワード、アクセストークン、リフレッシュトークン、復旧トークン、支払情報、公的身分証明書は送らないでください。

本人確認と完了まで

サポートが申請を受け付け、アカウント管理権限を確認するため、当該アカウントに既に関連する秘密ではない情報について返信で確認します。
本人確認後、セッションと端末連携を無効化し、アカウント識別子、ゲーム進行、インベントリ、ゲーム内経済、ソーシャルデータ、通報、共有UGCを削除または匿名化します。
本人確認済みの申請は通常30日以内に完了し、返信メールで結果をお知らせします。

法令上またはセキュリティ・不正防止上必要な一部記録は、プライバシーポリシーの保存期間に従い保持または不可逆的に仮名化する場合があります。

通信について

このページは HTTPS/TLS で配信され、ページとの通信中のデータを保護します。メール送信時の保護は、利用者側と受信側のメール事業者にも依存します。

Request account deletion

You can request deletion of your full Ragnarok Ares account and associated data by email, even after uninstalling the app.

If your email app does not open, email support@ragnarok-games.com with the subject “Ragnarok Ares account deletion request.”

What to include

Send the request from an address where you can receive our reply. Your player ID is required. Also include the approximate account creation date, device platform (iOS / Android), preferred language, and confirmation that you request permanent deletion of the account and associated data.

Do not send a password, access token, refresh token, recovery token, payment information, or government identification.

Verification and completion

Support will reply to verify account control using non-secret information already associated with the account. After verification, we revoke sessions and device bindings and delete or anonymize account identifiers, progress, inventory, economy records, social data, reports, and shared UGC. Verified requests are normally completed within 30 days, and we reply with the result. Limited records may be retained or irreversibly pseudonymized as described in the Privacy Policy.
