利用規約

施行日：2026年8月12日。本規約は Ragnarok Ares のゲーム、ソーシャル機能、クリエイター機能に適用されます。

同意と最低年齢

本サービスを利用することで、本規約とプライバシーポリシーに同意します。利用できる最低年齢は、居住地の法令および配信ストアの条件に従います。未成年者は、必要な場合、保護者の同意を得てください。

アカウントと行動

アカウント情報を正確に保ち、認証情報を共有しないでください。嫌がらせ、差別、憎悪、脅迫、性的搾取、なりすまし、詐欺、チート、他者の権利侵害、違法行為、または安全を損なう行為を一切容認しません。

UGCコミュニティガイドライン

投稿、会話、ワールド、体験、名称、画像その他のユーザー作成コンテンツ（UGC）は、投稿者が必要な権利を保有するものに限ります。サービスの運営、配信、保護、モデレーションに必要な範囲で、当該UGCをホスト、複製、形式調整、表示する権利を当サービスに許諾します。違法、有害、虐待的、露骨な性的内容、個人情報の暴露、知的財産権侵害、スパム、マルウェア、または危険行為を助長するUGCは禁止します。

通報とブロック

プレイヤーまたはUGCに問題がある場合は、ゲーム内の通報およびブロック機能を使用してください。必要に応じて support@ragnarok-games.com に追加情報を送ることもできます。通報は確認しますが、個別の処分内容を開示できない場合や、即時の対応を保証できない場合があります。

モデレーションとアカウント停止

違反の内容と深刻度に応じ、UGCの削除または表示制限、機能制限、警告、アカウントの一時停止または終了を行うことがあります。重大な危険や法令上の義務がある場合、関係機関へ連絡することがあります。異議申立てはサポートへご連絡ください。

サービスの変更と責任

安全性、法令、技術、ゲームバランス上の必要に応じて機能や本規約を変更する場合があります。継続的または中断のない提供を保証するものではありません。適用法令で認められない権利制限は行いません。

終了と連絡先

利用を終了する場合は、アカウント削除ページを利用できます。本規約、モデレーション、安全性に関する問い合わせは support@ragnarok-games.com へご連絡ください。

Terms of Service

Effective August 12, 2026. These terms apply to the Ragnarok Ares game, social features, and creator features.

Agreement and minimum age

By using the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. The minimum age to use the service is governed by the law where you live and the applicable platform-store terms. Minors must obtain guardian consent where required.

Accounts and conduct

Keep account information accurate and do not share authentication credentials. We have zero tolerance for harassment, discrimination, hate, threats, sexual exploitation, impersonation, fraud, cheating, infringement of another person's rights, illegal conduct, or behavior that puts others at risk.

UGC Community Guidelines

Only submit posts, chats, worlds, experiences, names, images, or other user-generated content (UGC) for which you have the necessary rights. You grant the service permission to host, reproduce, reformat, and display that UGC only as needed to operate, deliver, protect, and moderate the service. Illegal, harmful, abusive, sexually explicit, privacy-invasive, infringing, spam, malware, or dangerous content is prohibited.

Reporting and blocking

Use the in-game report and block controls when a player or UGC creates a safety concern. You may send additional information to support@ragnarok-games.com. Reports are reviewed, but we may be unable to disclose individual enforcement details or guarantee immediate action.

Moderation and account termination

Depending on the nature and severity of a violation, we may remove or limit UGC, restrict features, warn a player, suspend an account, or terminate an account. We may contact relevant authorities when there is a serious safety risk or legal obligation. Contact Support to appeal an action.

Service changes and responsibility

We may change features or these terms when needed for safety, law, technology, or game balance. We do not guarantee continuous or uninterrupted availability. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

Ending use and contact
