取り扱うデータの種類

当サービスは、アカウント識別子、端末識別子、任意に連携されたサインイン情報、ゲーム進行、インベントリおよびゲーム内経済の記録、ソーシャルメッセージおよび通報、ユーザー作成コンテンツ、運営に必要な技術情報およびセキュリティログを取り扱います。

利用目的

プレイヤー認証、サーバー管理型のマルチプレイ、進行状況の保存、ソーシャル機能およびクリエイター機能の提供、不正・迷惑行為の防止、サポート、法令対応のために利用します。

通信中の保護

当サービスの公開WebおよびAPIエンドポイントとの通信には HTTPS/TLS を使用し、通信中のデータを保護します。これは、プレイヤー間のメッセージがエンドツーエンド暗号化されることを意味しません。

委託先と追跡

インフラ、コンテンツ配信、配信ストア、サインインの各事業者が、当サービスのためにデータを処理する場合があります。個人データを販売せず、第三者広告のためのトラッキングには利用しません。

保存期間

ゲームおよびアカウントデータは、原則としてアカウントが有効な期間保存します。本人確認済みの削除申請は通常30日以内に完了します。不正防止、モデレーション、取引、監査に必要な一部記録は、法令上または運営上必要な場合、最長7年間保存または不可逆的に仮名化することがあります。

Privacy Policy

Effective August 12, 2026. This policy explains how the Ragnarok Ares service handles data.

Data we handle

We process account and device identifiers, optional linked sign-in details, gameplay progress, inventory and economy records, social messages and reports, user-created content, and technical security logs needed to operate the game.

Why we use it

We use this data to authenticate players, run authoritative multiplayer gameplay, save progress, deliver social and creator features, prevent fraud and abuse, provide support, and comply with law.

Protection in transit

HTTPS/TLS protects data in transit when it is sent to our public web and API endpoints. This does not mean that player-to-player messages use end-to-end encryption.

Service providers

Data may be processed by infrastructure, content-delivery, platform-store, and sign-in providers acting for the service. We do not sell personal data or use it for third-party advertising tracking.

Retention

Gameplay and account data is kept while the account is active. Verified deletion requests are normally completed within 30 days. Limited fraud-prevention, moderation, transaction, and audit records may be retained or irreversibly pseudonymized for up to seven years where legally or operationally necessary.

Your choices

You can request deletion of your account and data using the account-deletion resource. Shared user-generated content is deleted or anonymized unless a lawful retention obligation applies.
